Graphene: Ultimate tech for cell analysis and tissue imaging

Cambridge Raman Imaging CTO Matteo Negro will be an Invited Speaker at the Virtual Innovation Webinar Series held by the Graphene Flagship, on the 11th of November. The topic of his speech is related to Graphene-enabled coherent Raman microscopy for live-cell imaging and tumour diagnosis. The breakthrough properties of graphene can be exploited to realize a broadband saturable absorber. Matteo is going to present a new kind of technology based on graphene for dual-wavelength fiber laser synchronization. This allows the development of new laser sources to be exploited in chemometric imaging platforms for the study of living cells and the identification of tumours and other diseases in the clinical practice.
